Clearford Industries

On February 9th, on the occasion of Prime Minister Harper’s official visit to China, the signing of MOU will take place between Ottawa-based Canadian company Clearford Industries and Inner Mongolia-based Chinese company Shenzhou-Yili Environmental Protection group, concerning the adoption of patented Clearford SBS™ wastewater collection and reuse system in Inner Mongolia.

After the signing, the two parties will enter into a comprehensive strategic collaborative partnership intended to deliver turnkey projects that recognize and support the goals of the water environmental protection as set out in China’s 12th Five-Year Plan.

 

在二月9号,正值加拿大总理哈勃访华之际,总部位于加拿大渥太华的克里尔福特公司和中国内蒙古神州意力环保公司将签订合作备忘录,旨在内蒙古地区引进克里尔福特的专利SBSTM污水收集和重复利用技术。

 

在合作备忘录签订之后,双方将建立一个全面的战略协作伙伴关系,共同实现交钥匙项目的合作与实施,以支持并实现中国在第十二个五年计划中对水资源和水环境保护的目标。

 

MOU Summary

 

The Parties to this MOU recognize that the opportunity to implement sustainable waste-water collection and treatment infrastructure to China is immediate and immense. In Inner Mongolia the Parties will work together on an exclusive basis to develop respective projects while utilizing their respective expertise to the benefit of the environment and the region.

 

The priority of collaboration for the Parties is to implement wastewater collection and reuse systems in Inner Mongolia that reflect the priorities of China’s 12th Five-Year Plan. Specifically the intent is to implement the Clearford solution in the growing urban and sub-urban areas, establish a cost effective wastewater reclamation program that enables local GDP to grow will reducing the water use by 30% and to protect the water environment.  

 

合作备忘录缔约的双方共同认识到,在中国对于可持续发展的污水收集及处理的基础设施建设的需求是迫切和巨大的。克里尔福特公司将在内蒙古自治区与神州意力展开独家合作,双方利用各自的专长开发有关的工程项目,并使该地区的自然环境受益。

 

根据中国第十二个五年计划的指导方针,合作双方的首要任务是在内蒙古自治区建设实施污水处理和回收利用系统。具体的目标为:在不断发展中的城镇和城镇郊区引进Clearford的污水解决方案,建立一套符合成本效益的污水回收利用的优化体系,从而实现在保持GDP增长的同时减少30%的用水量并保护当地的水资源环境。
