Fête du Canada Day Celebrations
The CCBC Beijing Chapter Office held its 15th annual Canada Day celebration this weekend. It was a wonderful opportunity to come together as a community, and celebrate Canadian culture with our friends in Beijing. Over 1100 people turned out to enjoy live performances by Canadian bands, and eat special Canadian foods like poutine and Nanaimo bars. The event also featured an exciting ball hockey tournament, dramatic hot-pepper-eating competition, and mini-Olympic games for kids!
